Bhutte ki Chaat (Corn Chaat)

Ingredients for Bhutte ki Chaat to serve 4 adults:
1.      4 cobs (farm fresh bhutta) of corn neither very soft nor very hard. In case cobs are not available, use sweet corn available in most supermarkets.
2.      2 boiled potatoes, cut in small pieces or crushed.
3.      1 chopped onion.
4.      2 finely chopped green chilies.
5.      Few coriander leaves.
6.      Lemon juice.
7.      Chaat masala.
8.      Salt.
How to make Bhutte ki Chaat:
1.      In case cobs are available, boil the cobs in a pressure cooker for 3 whistles.
2.      Remove all the corn seeds from the cobs by plucking them away.
3.      Mix everything well.
4.      Add chaat masala, salt and lime juice to taste.
5.      Enjoy as an evening snack, cocktail snack or as you like it.
