Ingredients for Sabudane ke Vade:
1.      1.5 cups of Sago (Sabudana)
2.      2 medium sized potatoes boiled and mashed.
3.      ½ cup roasted, peeled and coarsely crushed groundnuts (shengdana).
4.      1 teaspoon salt.
5.      2 green chilies, chopped into small pieces.
6.      ½ teaspoon red chili powder or black pepper powder.
7.      1 teaspoon ground cumin seed (Jeera).
8.      Oil for deep frying.
How to make Sabudane ke Vade:
1.      Wash sabudana thoroughly and drain water away.
2.      Leave moist sabudana covered for two hours.
3.      Mix sabudana, groundnuts, salt and mashed potatoes well.
4.      Add ground cumin seeds(jeera), green chili pieces mix well.
5.      Make small pancakes (bonda or bada or vada) from this mixture.
6.      Deep fry in hot oil till golden brown.
7.      Enjoy.
