Sabudane Ki Kheer

Ingredients for making Sabudane Ki Kheer:
1.      1 liter full cream milk.
2.      75 grams sago (Sabudana).
3.      ¾ cup sugar.
4.      4-5 threads of saffron (Kesar).
5.      ¼ teaspoon cardamom powder.
6.      4 almonds and 4 pistachios thinly sliced or chopped.
7.      Resins (Kishmish).
How to prepare Sabudane ki Kheer:
1.      Keep milk for boiling and add sabudana when it starts to boil. Keep stirring.
2.      Let it boil for ½ and hour.
3.      Add sugar and saffron (Kesar).
4.      Boil for another 5 minutes.
5.      Add cardamom powder.
6.      Garnish with dry fruits and resins (kishmish).
7.      Serve steaming hot or chilled, as desired.
