Sweet Corn Soup

Ingredients for sweet corn soup to serve 4 adults:
1.      1 cup American sweet corn boiled and very coarsely grated.
2.      4 cups of water.
3.      4 tablespoon corn-flour.
4.      1 cup milk (optional).
5.      ½ cup each of grated and steamed cabbage, carrot and capsicum.
6.      Salt to taste.
7.      ½ cup vinegar.
8.      3 green chilies cut in small bits.
9.      Black pepper powder to taste.
How to prepare sweet corn soup:
1.      Dissolve corn-flour in 4 cups of cold water. Take care to not form lumps.
2.      Bring the dissolved corn-flour to a boil. Keep stirring continuously to avoid lump formation.
3.      Add milk if desired.
4.      Add sweet corn and steamed vegetables and keep boiling.
5.      Boil till mixture becomes transparent.
6.      Put off the flame.
7.      Soak green chili pieces in vinegar.
8.      Add salt, pepper and vinegar to taste while serving the soup.
